What do we do and who are we?

At Wemanity we initiate and accelerate corporate digital transformations. We work with ambitious organisations and help turn companies into Agile and future-proof businesses.

We have huge objectives in terms of growth and development of the company, therefore we are willing to reinforce our recruitment team.

What being a Recruitment Specialist @Wemanity means:

You will be part of the Community Building team, key element of the company, and will work closely with an experienced Community Builder. With this senior person, you will work directly for 2 or 3 Business Developers within a specific industry, strengthening your knowledge of the Belgian market by putting you closer to client needs.

Your Recruitment Coach will help you to learn the best practices of sourcing, how to deal with a business need, select CVs, take interviews, and manage the whole recruitment process…

We are a transversal team of 4 people, namely: François, Marie, Ali and Maude.

We are following an Agile way of working. It means that within our team we use elements of the Scrum methodology (working iteratively, Reviews, Retrospectives, information boards…)

Your mission (if you accept it):

• You play a key role in attracting, identifying and selecting key talents (Agile Coaches, Software Developers, DevOps Engineer, Data Engineers…)

• You support the growth of the company by ensuring that we can find the best solutions to support our clients

• You will be using a combination of sourcing channels (social media, job boards, direct search, career events, referrals…)

This is an entry level position as an intern, but providing that you show the right mindset and results, we will be more than happy to propose a long term contract at the end of your experience with us.

What is more, you will benefit from bonuses based on your performance in the role.


Preferred experience

Expected Profile:

• Great communication skills

• Good energy and smile :D

• Fluent in French and good level in English (you should be able to lead a recruitment process in English)

• Dutch is a plus

Recruitment process
