We are looking for a Senior eCRM Marketing Specialist, based in Warsaw.

You will be responsible for:

• Preparation of consistent promotional offers for eCRM communication aimed at regular customers of the brand in several markets• Preparation of a personalized product offer for a selected group of clients• Preparation of the test plan (offer tests, layout tests, head tests)• Unification of offers and digital communication for the Retail and Internet channels• Preparation and implementation of the omnichannel contact plan as part of digital communication (Newsletters, facebook, chatbot, application) vs paper communication• Coordination and optimization of Automatic Newsletter• Analysis and presentation of results and conclusions from the campaigns

 


Preferred experience

We encourage you to apply if you have such competences as:
Min. 3-4 years of experience in e-Marketing (welcome CRM)
Experience in creating offers tailored to different customer segments
Experience in omnichanel activities (in a company operating in Retail and online) is welcome
Fluent English
Proactivity
Digital - minded
