Our Talent Team has grown to include 7 Talent Acquisition Specialists and 2 HR Business People across NYC and Paris. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will have a chance to help us implement our ambitious recruitment roadmap, with an estimated 200+ hires before the end of next year!

What you will do:

  • Be responsible for the full life cycle process of the recruitments for the business departments (sales, partnerships, customer success, care and marketing)
  • Help build and improve communication around candidate experience and hiring processes
  • Find, implement, and test new tools to improve our onboarding process
  • Plan and participate in events to improve employer branding, communication, and strategy around hiring and retention
  • Work with the Team hiring managers to determine candidate experience and different steps of hiring process
  • Work with Talent Team in developing Talent Acquisition strategies and projects

Requisitos

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in hiring with a passion for building high-performing teams for software companies
  • Experience in finding solutions to tough problems, and the ability to invest energy in the success of your work
  • Ability to meet deadlines and contribute to the structuring of our hiring processes
  • Ability to give and receive constructive feedback while remaining positive
  • Eager to learn and ready to collaborate with business & tech squads, hiring managers, and other coworkers
