Your impact at Buzz Brothers.

You pilot digital projects, from initiation to delivery or on the technical side - you report directly to the Technical Director
You ensure the correct application of processes and the production of functional documents
You ensure the production of quality deliverables, while respecting schedules, budgets and the functional scope of the projects, by applying the agency’s digital production methodologies and the best practices of project management
You supervise the framing of technical perimeters and decision making in development
You pilot the governance of production in collaboration with the account manager and the customers, you anticipate risks, propose and implement solutions
You organize and supervise the work of developers, you support them in problem resolution (bugs, methodology, workflows)
You train customers to use product deliverables, i.e. platforms, CMS or applications
You are actively involved in improving the overall digital culture of the agency and our clients through a continuous pedagogical support, especially through the training of Junior Project Managers

What makes us eager to know you…

You are a Senior Technical Project Manager, with at least 7 years’ experience in one or more digital agencies, in Switzerland or abroad
You have a taste for innovation, creation and tech - it’s in your DNA!
You can understand, define, structure and coordinate the production of complex web sites (definition of paths, functional specifications, etc.) including dynamic management tools (CMS) and international localization phases
You have a good knowledge of eCommerce and associated tools/frameworks
You have already proven yourself in the management of complex technical projects, including the coordination of internal and external development teams
You are a master at writing functional specifications
You master the following business skills:
• Use of project tracking tools (Confluence, Basecamp, etc.) and tracking of tickets (Jira, Redmine, etc.)
• Use of Gantt planning tools
• Creation of clear and comprehensive functional specifications
• Knowledge of fundamental technological principles of the Internet (IP, server/client networks structure, cookies, URLs, HTML, browsers and database architecture principles)
• Knowledge of the LAMP stack environment and deployment constraints
• Knowledge in database modeling
• Good knowledge of SEO principles and technical application: HTML semantics, impact of CSS techniques, micro data, Google guidelines, tagging, etc.
• Good knowledge of content architecture
You have a perfect command of French, as well as a good level of spoken English and a very good level of writing
Finally, a high dose of flexibility and energy allows you to adapt and evolve in a rapidly changing environment
