The Solution engineer is the specialist of our platform. Our account managers create 70 to 80% of the Chatbots of our customers, but for the most complex functionalities, the expertise of a profile that is more “math-oriented” or “logical” is required for implementation.
Our platform requires more logical thinking than technical skills to use it to the fullest, although basic knowledge of concepts like loops, conditions, functions and variable typing is still extremely useful. For example, we use Jinja, a Django-like templating language, to generate high-value-added messages. It’s not a lot of code and easy to learn but to do it well, you have to understand the logic behind it.
Your role is to become the “Expert” in the use of our platform thanks to a strong sense of logic and a real dedication to the creation of chatbots. You will then actively engage with, help and coach our account managers to keep them up-to-date on the latest developments of our technology and ensure the highest quality for our clients.
