What you’ll do

As a Tech & Product Learning program senior partner, your mission will be to ensure that Tech & Product teams have one of the most ambitious onboarding, learning and knowledge sharing programs in Europe.

By working with Tech & Product within the People Development team, you will interact with a large variety of stakeholders and profiles (your main point of contact will be the T&P L&D project lead, but you will also meet regularly with Product Managers, Software Developers, Designers, Data, etc as SMEs). You will collaborate with them to identify the most important skills needed to fulfill Doctolib’s mission and grow in their careers, within a 700+ organization. You will be in charge of advising and building the right learning resources and programs, so they are effective and appreciated by the community.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Define and Design the Learning experience for the Tech & Product teams

    • Define the learning roadmap in close collaboration with the T&P Program Lead, leveraging a variety of learning modalities
      - inc. peer learning
    • Define the learning experience, leveraging potential external partners and existing Doctolib training cross
      -department in order make them a success within the Tech & Product department
    • Design, develop or buy learning material, working closely with the T&P Learning Program Lead to ensure the experiences meet Tech & Product business needs.
    • Manage all procurement activities in link with planned or ongoing learning programs

Build a strong knowledge management culture within Tech & Product

    • Take on the challenge to adapt our knowledge sharing practices to an increasingly large organization, by identifying opportunities & implementing changes to provide easy access to reliable information to all Doctolibers.
    • Embody our Doctolib and T&P Playbook and its 6 Guiding Principles (Scale, Mastery, Impact, Team Ownership, User Centricity, Highest Standards) and diffuse them in T&P through impactful and tailor made L&D programs.

Who you are

You could be our next team mate if you:

  • Are acting as a leader within your current organization,
  • Have at least 4 years of experience working in change management or learning and development program management, leading successful and impactful changes to your organization,
  • Have a first successful and significant experience in working in a fast paced environment (consulting, hyper growth company) with proven track record,
  • Have strong analytical and problem
    -solving skills,
  • Have strong program management and communication skills,
  • Are used to working in an international environment and able to think global / act local,
  • Are fluent in English. Native speaker in French or German is a plus.

Now, it would be fantastic if you:

  • Have a former experience in a Tech or Product role (Product Manager or Software Engineer).

  • 60’ case study interview with the Hiring Manager and our Head of Talent Development
