Dolead is looking for a talented International HR Business Partner to join its amazing team based in the heart of Paris.

Within the HR team, you will be a real People Partner and daily support our EMEA and US teams on HR operations.
As part of Dolead’s current growth, you will have a strong focus on recruitment and US HR activity deployment.

You will also have a key role in all our Doleaders’ professional development and greatly support our fresh office opening in Boston !

For that purpose, you will be reporting directly to the Director of Human Resources and ensure the following job responsabilities:

EMEA recruitment ; France, Spain, Italy and UK

  • Deploy a global recruitment process
  • Define recruitment needs with Managers
  • Screening candidates through dedicated hiring tools: Welcome to the Jungle, Linkedin, Apec, Indeed …
  • Conducting HR interviews
  • Create specific HR dashboards related to recruitment activity
  • Ensure a consistent ang global onboarding process worldwide: make sure Dolead’s culture is spread consistently in all our different locations

HR daily operations for our US Office

  • Be the main HR interlocutor for US employees on a daily basis
  • Recruit US employees through the convenient channels
  • Follow up US payroll with our dedicated HR management tool
  • Bring new ideas to the table to strenghten US and EU collaboration & industrialize a consistent HR model

Payroll and HR administration

  • Writing/Review employment contracts and amendments
  • Control payslips elements for each payroll cycle
  • Collect payroll information with the help of our HR assistant and regularly update our payroll tool accordingly

HR development & training:

  • Ensure the appraisal interviews process and support managers in their role
  • Deploy HR training plan according to individual needs and business goals
  • Support managers in their team’s career development

Legal

  • Ensure HR legal compliance with local regulations
  • Benchmark and implement local standard benefits in EU and US
  • Set up local handbooks
  • Deploy staff representative elections in France

Requisitos

  • Master Degree in Human Resources
  • 2 years of experience as HR generalist/recruiter (being familiar with a start-up environment is a real plus !)
  • Rigorous, data-oriented with great organization skills
  • You are known for your ability to switch from a topic to another and you master at prioritizing your tasks
  • You are bilingual in English (and ideally speak Spanish and/or Italian 😊 )
