Under the guidance of your tutor, you will develop your skills by working on the following activities:

• Collecting and analyzing customer/account data or any other business activity to facilitate decision-making;

• Querying databases, interpreting results, and extracting the most relevant information;

• Modeling data to facilitate its formatting;

• Creating dashboards with graphs and performance indicators.;

• Aggregating and cleaning data for various analyses;

• Be the guarantor of data hygiene in the CRM and our Data Lake;

• Supporting business users;

• Take the lead on business processes, analyze and follow-up KPI,  identify redflags, streamline execution with the sales management.

• Proven experience in the field of Sales/Business Operations , ideally, you have a proven track record in a similar role at a Software Vendor, you are familiar with sales processes and KPI’s in the sector;

• You have a strong interest in and mastery of data visualization software and data exploration tools;

• You have good interpersonal skills to communicate with various business sectors;

• Your autonomy, attention to detail, analytical mindset and interpersonal skills are assets that will help you succeed in your role;

• You enjoy working collaboratively in a team and have a desire to progress by interacting with different professions;

• Technical skills: SQL, Any programming language, Any kind of data visualization solution, Advanced use of spreadsheets;

• Experience with the following technologies is a plus: Zoho, Google Bigquery, Google Looker Studio, API Management, Oracle Netsuite;

• Fluent in French and English is a must.
