YOUR TASKS:

We are seeking an experienced part-time HR Manager to oversee and manage our operations in Germany. Speaking German and English is a prerequisite for this job.

Below are the different types of missions you'll be working on:

Onboarding / Offboarding:

  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for the Germany Team, collaborating with the Group HR Team
  • Ensure all start and end contract documents are properly signed, archived, and stored

Payroll / Taxes:

  • Provide local support for payroll preparation in Germany, managing payroll variables
  • Manage legal obligations related to expense reports in Germany and stay updated on HR-related legal matters

HR-life / Training / Events:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for HR inquiries from employees
  • Handle training requests and report on training activities in Germany
  • Assist in organizing global company challenges and the Global Team Event for German teams

Recruitment:

  • Align the recruitment process in Germany with Group practices

Intranet:

  • Develop and create HR-related content for German employees on the Group Intranet
  • Ensure regular updates and accessibility of content for all employees
  • Foster the HR Germany community and promote intranet usage among German teams as part of the Group project in the Masterplan

Hardware / IT:

  • Manage the hardware inventory, including creation and regular updates
  • Prepare necessary hardware for new hires
  • Coordinate replacement or repair of used hardware while optimizing recycling options for older equipment
  • Order additional IT equipment upon manager approval

Office Management:

  • Efficiently manage furniture and stock inventory, including office supplies, food, and beverages
  • Oversee service providers (IT, cleaning, repairs) and ensure seamless office operations
  • Organize weekly and one-off events in the offices, potentially including welcome breakfasts for new employees


      WHAT YOU BRING ALONG:

      Qualifications:

      • Proven experience in HR management, preferably in a multinational setting
      • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
      • Knowledge of German labor laws and regulations
      • Proficiency in English and German
