✎ Missions

Wakam assure la conception de produits d'assurances sur-mesure qui sont ensuite commercialisés par des partenaires distributeurs (courtiers, insurtech, retailers) sur un modèle B2B2C en marque blanche. Pour accompagner la forte croissance de l’entreprise, Wakam est à la recherche d’un(e) stagiaire pour rejoindre notre Office Internal Audit & Supervisory Relations.

Encadré.e par notre Chief Internal Audit & Supervisory Relations, vous serez en charge du pilotage de la production des reportings aux superviseurs (France et Europe)

Vos principales missions sont les suivantes :

Contribuer à aider Wakam dans le renforcement de son dispositif de pilotage de ses obligations règlementaires vis-à-vis des autorités de supervisions en France et en Europe.

1. Assurer la maintenance du Compliance Register :

• Tenir le registre des reporting aux superviseurs à jour (nouveaux reporting, nouveau contributeurs)
• Enrichir le registre en Identifiant et collectant les reporting (sinistres et réclamations) effectués par des tiers externes dans les différents pays ou Wakam est présent

1. Animer le processus de production des reporting aux superviseurs :

• Assurer le suivi permanent du planning de production des rapports
• Produire l’ordre du jour et le compte rendu des réunions de suivi mensuel des producteurs de reporting ;
• Organiser les réunions ad hoc sur des thématiques ponctuelles avec les différentes parties prenantes.

1. Autres projets :

• Contribuer aux différents travaux et projets de l’Office Internal Audit & Supervisory Relations selon les priorités (ex : demandes ACPR, travaux d’audit interne, préparation des comités …).

• Vous suivez actuellement des études de commerce et de gestion ;
• Vous êtes rigoureux et autonome ;
• Vous êtes flexible et réactif ;
• Vous maîtrisez l’anglais.
