We are looking for an integration and automation specialist who can hit the ground running and is able to collaborate with our delivery and account management teams to deliver system integrations.

These integrations will be between our flagship product PixidVMS and chosen technology partners. We are currently at the start of this process, so this provides a great opportunity to work autonomously in this role and make a difference to the company future. You will need to be able to be organised and think through solutions in a logical structured manner.

We have chosen our integration platforms (which includes n8n) and some coding experience will be an asset to this role. You will need to travel from time-to-time to our European offices to meet with key project stakeholders (these include London, Rotterdam, Antwerp).

This is a hybrid role where you will work both from home and our Paris office. You will be expected to attend meetings in our other international offices as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Creating specifications and test plans for platform integrations and automations

• Following agreed project plans and escalating problems with proposed solutions when they arise

• Creating system integrations using ‘codeless’ tools such as N8N 

• Working with other teams to agree project plans, system requirements and any changes to the projects

• Creating user-interfaces, where required, for system automations using our codeless platform.

• Creating custom formula or code to execute more complex system integrations

Skills and Experience

• Strong English language skills. Most of the work and your colleagues will be operating in English.

• Strong technical skills in the IA space including middleware, APIs, SQL, UI customisation, Master Data configuration

• An understanding of version control and change management with software platforms

• A background in software development will be a strong advantage

• Experience with HR or recruitment software will be an advantage

• Good communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and client-facing resources within the business
