You will build customer engagement strategies across paid media (print, tv, digital), owned media (first-party data activation) and earned (social, PR, influence). You will ensure that tactics effectively reach and engage targets.  

You will report to the Strategy Lead.

Key responsibilities:

 

  • Drive key business objectives by developing experiences through eco-systems design, channel strategy and channel tactics to inform when, where and how a brand should connect; redefining communications and lead nurturing opportunities 
  • Champion the use of data
  • Analyze how consumers interact with devices, platforms, content, and media, then develop experiences based on the motivation behind those behaviors to give the brand purpose and relationship within a patient’s life 
  • Envision and design orchestrated systems of brand communications; collaborate with media planners, technologists, experience designers and creative teams to bring modern communication architectures to life 
  • Build long-lasting client relationships; provide guidance on their competitive threats and evolve consumer behaviors to guide their teams toward the next generation of holistic brand experience solutions that drive business impact 

Requisitos

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in leveraging data and media capabilities
  • Successful track record within the Pharma landscape and its targets (patients, healthcare professionals, general public). 
  • Demonstrate depth of understanding for multiple products and therapeutic aeras
  • Strong analytical thinker with exceptional research dexterity, including several years of experience with media-centric tools to uncover the data and insights that drives strategic communications planning and implementation 
  • Very good presentation skills
  • Perfect knowledge of the French local healthcare landscape, as well as a good understanding of the global challenges.
  • Fluent in both French and English mandatory
