Qonto is seeking a talented, highly motivated and experienced senior-level individual to build our Corporate Business Development activities.


Under the guidance of Séverin, our VP of Corporate Development, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating Qonto's growth by developing and nurturing strategic partnerships and alliances. You will be responsible for identifying, securing, and managing key partnerships that align with our strategic objectives, driving both our customer and revenue growth. Your leadership will ensure the success of our partnerships strategy and contribute significantly to our mission of simplifying business finance.


👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Head of Corporate Business Development at Qonto, you will:  


Develop and implement a comprehensive partnerships strategy, by identifying and cultivating a pipeline of potential high-value partners that align with Qonto's overarching business objectives.

Work closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Sales, Product, Strategy and Legal, to ensure the successful implementation of partnership agreements.

Lead the negotiation and execution of partnership agreements, ensuring they meet Qonto's objectives while maintaining a collaborative relationship with partners.

Define metrics, monitor partnership performance, and use data-driven insights to make informed decisions, optimizing strategies as needed

Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and decision-makers within partner organizations, ensuring long-term success and mutual benefit.

Represent Qonto at industry events and conferences, enhancing the company's visibility and reputation in the Fintech ecosystem.

🤝 About your future manager:  


• Our VP of Corporate Development, Séverin, has been with Qonto for three years, following diverse experiences in high-impact environments including Investment Banking and Uber. With over two years as VP of Finance, Séverin possesses extensive knowledge of Qonto's business and financial landscape.

• He brings to the table a comprehensive strategic and financial vision, alongside strong deal-making skills. Séverin's leadership style is characterized by support, empowerment, and trust, aimed at unlocking the team's potential and fostering collaborative growth.


🏅About You:


Experience: Prior experience in a similar role, ideally within the fintech or financial services industry, with demonstrated success in developing and managing strategic partnerships.

Strategic Thinking and Vision: Ability to see the bigger picture and formulate strategies that align with the company's long-term goals, while remaining adaptable to changes in the business environment.

Relationship Building and Management: Possessing exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, adept at fostering and maintaining strong relationships founded on trust.

Negotiation and Influence: Strong negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to influence outcomes and facilitate decisions that mutually benefit Qonto and its partners.

Creativity and Curiosity: A knack for sourcing innovative partnership opportunities.

Languages: A high level of proficiency in English is required (French, Spanish, German or Italian is a plus).
