Reporting to the Head of Patient Programs and Content Factory, you will play a pivotal role in our organization’s mission to enhance patient experience and improve outcomes in the field of oncology. Your missions will include managing and coordinating key strategic projects, implementing / optimizing self-care programs, and monitoring performance metrics related to their effectiveness and impact on patients using our solutions. As a Senior Project Manager, your main responsibilities will consist of:
Lead key strategic projects and programs
Structure & segment our digital supportive care offer to foster sustainable business models;
Manage strategic projects with other teams and external stakeholders, ensuring their alignment with Resilience overall objectives;
Develop, implement, deploy and optimize self-care programs for patients.
Help optimize processes & organization
Define and implement robust processes, essential for industrialization and scalability;
Adapt to changes and anticipate impact on the team and our processes.
Proven experience in end-to-end project management and delivery, especially with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in analyzing KPIs and leveraging insights for continuous improvement
Experienced in driving efficiency and maintaining high standards in execution
Excellent communication skills (oral & written) in both French & English
Rigorous and highly organized, with strong analytical and synthesis abilities
Driven by a collaborative mindset with proven interpersonal skills, to foster engagement and cross-functional cooperation
Open, curious, proactive in proposing creative solutions and exploring new perspectives. Proven ability to quickly learn and master various topics.

Anne-Sophie represents the Voice of the Patient at Resilience. Deeply involved in the cancer association community, she brings her extensive experience for the benefit of the patients. Her laugh is one of a kind — wait until you see… or hear!
