Part of the Sales & Operations Planning team dedicated to the Dolce & Gabbana brand, your main missions will be :

I. Stock policy & planning

• Define with factory planning the stock policy on products/semi-finished/components via supply chain parameters.
• Maintain and Update the the supply chain parameters
• Manage the supply planning process on the short / mid / long term horizon (information gathering, planning production, data validation…) & Anticipate over/ under capacities to propose solutions via S&OP Process
• Demand variation analysis & check with factory planning the impact of monthly update fcst (pre MRP meeting)
• Define and follow the substitution strategy (phase in/phase out; substitution activation in SAP)

II. Service Rate

• Analyze and Communicate the availability of catalog products through different communications (TOP Class A/ OOS / Fill rate…)
• For product at risk or in shortage, put in place action plans to secure the service level & provide a secure detailed supply planning
• Coordinate shortage policy (consensus with mkg/sales)

III. Stock Level

• Follow up the risky stock (Excess & Obsolete) and propose action plans with Marketing and Business Development Team
• Maintain targeted stock level & targeted risky stock value

IV. Novelties & launches follow up

• Monitor efficiently the forecast collection process throught the existing tools and processes (Futurmaster).
• Agregate and challenge market forecasts (vs historical product launches)
• Detect risks on Availability Date, evaluate corrective action cost and review with product coordinator alternative solutions – (prioritization…)
• Alert on availability risks, share with the operational marketing, sales and commercial logistics teams. Define and follow up action plans (arbitration…)
• Detect major deviations vs. forecast (success / unsuccess) within first months of sell-in and define immediate actions - Manage market quotas according to market forecast and supply issues & Monitor the quotas on a day to day basis (quota request)
