As Talent Acquisition Officer EMEA, you will responsible for the creation of strong pipelines for our current and future young talent hiring needs, for the continuous improvement of our candidate journey and recruitment process, and for the operational delivery of all young talent recruitments for the Regional HQ teams. More specifically, you will:

Coordinate with HR Business Partners to identify needs (interns, apprentices, VIE, entry-level positions) for all Regional HQ departments
Identify, attract and recruit the best candidates for those roles (approx. 100 trainees and 25 apprentices/year)
Improve and implement our young talents’ recruitment processes (recruitment days, etc.)
Support the EMEA affiliates’ local HR teams in the identification, selection and recruitment of their young talents
Participate in the creation of an innovative and best-in-class Candidate Experience aligned with our corporate philosophy
Lead our Campus management initiatives across the region, engaging operational and HR teams in disruptive partnerships with key schools and universities
Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
Participate in the animation of our young talents community across the region
