Spendesk is searching for an experienced copywriter to help us connect with our customers and champion our brand and tone of voice. From digital ads to video scripts, product emails to investor decks, this role is responsible for ensuring our communication is consistently compelling.

We’re looking for someone with a passion for writing, copywriting experience in a digital environment, and a demonstrated ability to deliver clean copy to tight deadlines. The role will work across all marketing channels and also contribute to cross-functional projects with our Product, Sales and Customer Success teams. The successful candidate will have a strong portfolio of work in a relevant field or company. They’ll be relentlessly focused on crafting stories that resonate, and excited to develop a clear framework to govern internal and external communication at Spendesk.

Key responsibilities:

• Write clean, fast and accurate copy for a range of audiences and projects.
• Own the Spendesk tone and style guidelines.
• Develop marketing messaging and collateral that converts.
• Develop clear, consistent sales enablement and customer success materials.
• Contribute to cross-functional business projects e.g. product messaging

• Native english speaker/writer
• 2 - 3+ years of digital copywriting experience, preferably in a tech / B2B environment
• Advanced understanding of SEO copywriting
• Experience creating digital ads that convert
• Experience with leading CMS and marketing automation tools
• Experience with leading content analytics platforms
• Team player who is passionate about learning and coaching
• Journalism, media or communications degree preferred
