6-month rotational program

We’re looking for a passionate marketing intern to join our team! We are a small but growing team, filled with opportunity to learn, collaborate, and grow at a fast-moving tech company. As part of the Marketing team, this internship is a valuable opportunity to work on a variety of topics from event management to content creation to marketing operations to product marketing. The structure of the internship will be three two-month rotations to get exposure across marketing. This person will also work closely with design, sales, growth and customer success.

This role is perfect for a creative, self-motivated and confident person who likes the mix of building strong relationships in person and getting into the details behind the scenes.

Key responsibilities:

Event marketing

  • Create sales collateral (flyers, goodies) for trade show events
  • Create log of top Europe conferences for analysis
  • Assist with event logistics for CFO Connect meetups, our community for CFOs and finance professionals
  • Manage day-off content creation (videos, photography & social posts) for CFO Connect events
  • Manage the inbound application process for CFO Connect members

Content marketing

  • Build paid landing pages and additional website pages in Contentful
  • Tee up email marketing campaigns for customers & prospects in Hubspot & Intercom
  • Proofread and edit marketing collateral
  • Schedule & create social posts for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram & LinkedIn for Spendesk & CFO Connect brands
  • Mange up-to-date information and design across review and affiliate sites

Product marketing

  • Create a Spendesk Ambassador program with top customers (create engagement campaigns, polls, etc)
  • Send personal notes to Spendesk Ambassadors
  • Create sales and customer success enablement collateral

Requisitos

  • You’re bilingual in English and French
  • Currently studying marketing or business and/or previous marketing internship experience
  • You have a genuine curiosity in startups and fintech, and always seek to learn new things
  • You’re comfortable communicating with a wide array range of people whether face-to-face at events or on social media
  • You’re rigorous, organized and reliable – you know how to set your priorities and stick to them
  • And last but not least, you’re autonomous, proactive and resourceful – you’re always a step ahead and bounce back easily
