WALLIX is seeking an experienced and Enterprise Sales team leader for the DACH region who would enjoy playing a pivotal role in driving the success of the team. This role would carry both an individual quota and would also be responsible for the overall Enterprise team target for this region, which currently includes four additional salespeople. It requires solid knowledge in how to cultivate and develop Enterprise Cyber Security business and would also include supporting and mentoring the team.

This position is based in Munich, so we are looking for someone who is able to work from our Munich office at least 2-3 days a week.

The Sales Team Leader for the DACH Region will report to the Sales Director UKI & Northern Europe.

Job Description - Business:

  • Provide leadership and coaching based on knowledge of sales techniques, regional business economics and strategic issues;

  • Manage, train, and motivate a geographically disperse team;

  • Work with the marketing department to agree on the Enterprise strategy for DACH and ensure the quick follow-up with the leads generated;

  • Work with the Channel Manager on the channel strategy for the DACH region;

  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and ensure that team follows CRM policies, to assist the company in making sound business decisions;

  • Regularly evaluating the performance of the inside sales team;

  • Recommend and implement improvements to current sales practices and procedures as needed and ensure adoption of MEDPPICC;

  • Foster a culture that maintains relationships with customers and partners to facilitate on-going flow of information concerning current and new solution needs.


Requisitos

Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years successful track record in Cybersecurity Sales

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in managing a sales team

  • Proven experienced in training, motivating and leading high performing Sales Team

  • Strong Management skills acting as a role model and mentor with strong listening and coaching skills.

  • Ability to develop strong working relationships both internally and externally.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
