We are looking for a New curriculum manager & instructional designer

The Essence of the Job :

• Design project-based and skills-driven learning paths
• Set up and manage an expert board
• Hire instructors and provide comprehensive onboarding
• Build and regularly update various teaching materials at Wild Code School (quests, videos…), create great and compelling courses by working with experts
• Monitor student progress and ensure their success and satisfaction rate
• Contribute to the new programs’ public & private accreditation processes
• Become Wild Code School ambassador in external tech & educational events

• Ability to coordinate the design and production of new programs and educational materials.
• Ability to manage several projects at the same time
• Great English and French communication skills, both written and verbal (C1 level in both languages)
• Problem-solving skills, collaboration skills
• Confidence with technology and agile environment

2-3 interviews with several team members (one case-study)
