Descriptif du poste

As part of the customer team, the customer success consultant’s mission is to ensure the correct implementation of our plateforme in our customers environment, and making sure they’re satisfied with our service everyday.

What to expect :
Analyse customers needsAnimate workshop : functional, technical and communication
Deployement management of our plateformFollow up, animation and support to users : employees, managers, HRs
Customer relationship managementCollaboration with the product team in order to pick up good ideas for new functionalities and UX


Profil recherché

  • A first experience (2 years) as a Customer Success manager or in IT project management / management consulting
  • Experience in innotivated HR projects, HR digital, HRIS is a plus
  • Business School or Msc (ideally in human ressources)
  • Communication and presentation skills (oral and written) in French and English
  • Commercial skills
