Our HR Solutions team is responsible for the topics of global mobility, compensation & benefits, performance management, career and working time models, promotion processes, labor law, and the development of new concepts for leadership and team member support.

What your new challenge will look like

Our HR Solutions team is one of the pillars within 4flow's global HR organization and represents effective and forward-thinking team member support. In this challenging leadership position, you will shape modern services and processes together with your team and oversee a variety of topics ranging from global mobility and labor law to compensation & benefits. In this role, you will take on the following responsibilities:

  • With expertise and creativity, you advise our employees and managers on all matters related to international assignments, contractual and labor law issues, compensation & benefits, working time models, as well as talent management. In doing so, you create flexible solutions at both the organizational and individual levels.

  • You are a driver and catalyst in determining how managers and employees can be best supported through modern processes and services

  • At the same time, developing meaningful standards and harmonizing processes in line with growth is of particular importance.

  • As a leader, you guide and develop our HR Solutions team according to our 4flow leadership principles.

  • You report directly to the top management of 4flow and contribute to the continuous dialogue with other HR areas in the further development of the global HR strategy.
