What you will do:

As a Talent Acquisition intern, you will participate in recruitment and will take part to diverse HR projects.

  1. Talent Acquisition:
  • Management of the full cycle interns hiring, in complete autonomy:
  • kick-off
  • job posting
  • application reviews
  • phone screens and on-site interviews
  • follow up with hiring managers
  • administration of internship agreements
  • Participation to the hiring process of the tech, product and business teams with the Talent Acquisition Specialists
  1. Communication & employer branding:
  • Set up of the Aircall university strategy: events, communication with universities, creation of a community
  • Community management (LinkedIn, JobTeaser…)
  1. People Operations:
  • Interns onboarding management (ensure their good integration and development at Aircall)HR projects (happiness, diversity, how to attract new graduates…)
  • HR projects (happiness, diversity, how to attract new graduates…)

Profil recherché

  • Fluent English
  • Good sense of organisation, analytical skills and ability to summarize
