Job description

We are looking for an Operations Associate to join our People Experience department. People Experience is a small but growing team, supporting employees across 7 international offices.

This role will require a broad knowledge of the People Experience function and is an integral part of ensuring our team can run smoothly and effectively while supporting our employees and conforming to employment laws. We are a people- and experience-driven organization, and you should be too. Our ideal candidate has experience with HR procedures and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner. This role will report to the People Experience Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain personnel records
  • Update Lucca (our HRIS) with absences
  • Prepare documents such as employment contracts and addendums
  • Assist with employee lifecycle processes with a specific focus on onboarding and offboarding
  • Work with the People Experience Management team to revise company policies
  • Create and document People Experience processes
  • Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
  • Answer employees’ queries about People Experience related issues
  • Assist the payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
  • Participate in special People Experience projects

Requirements and skills

  • Proven work experience as an HR Associate
  • Experience with HRIS, we use Lucca
  • Literacy in Google suite
  • A quick learner with experience supporting international teams
  • Thorough knowledge of employment laws, particularly in France
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • Fluency in English
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or relevant field
