Descriptif du poste

We are looking for an experienced Product Lead with focus on our FRENCH market, who will define our go-to-market strategy for our FRENCH products (BONIAL.fr).

As our Product Lead, you serve as a key member of our local French team and will support them to drive revenue growth. You will be the main connection between our existing and potential customers and our product team, as you will represent our product team in sales clients meeting. You will be the go-to person for both our sales and product teams in terms of product development and market trends, clients’ needs and the future of Retail marketing.

Further tasks:

  • Structure and quality-check communication from Markets to HQ, to derive clear learnings/requirements from market execution
  • Participate in internal sales meetings, go to client meetings, conduct market research and maintain a competitor watch ;
  • Derive main market requirements from clients, the sales team and competitors to feed into our Product Development Roadmap (together with our Product Leads in Berlin)
  • Support prioritization of market requirements and build supporting business cases to assist our C-level in making main investment decisions
  • Support all Product Development Projects as “Stakeholder representative” of the French market
  • Support packaging and communication of all new products/developments to ensure successful “go to market” activities by the French teams
  • Help the sales team build sales collaterals showcasing our latest Product innovations, and make sure each innovation has everything it needs to succeed locally

Profil recherché

  • Graduate degree and/or 3-6 years of experience in the field of Management Consulting, and/or Strategy Consultancy
  • Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Science, Economics or something similar
  • Ability to understand Key Account Sales strategy and stakes;
  • Solid understanding of economics, financials, general business, technical concepts and terminologies
  • Strong interest in Consumer Internet/Mobile ; keen interest in Retail industry would be a clear plus;
  • Ability to communicate, align and coordinate with different stakeholders on every level of the company (from operational to C-level)
  • Proven ability of structured communication (written and speaking) both in French as well as in English; German would be a nice plus.
  • Work experience in a startup, technology company, market research or investment analysis environment is a plus
  • Working with Excel, Powerpoint, basic statistics and business case modelling is not a problem for you
