We are looking for an experienced Product Lead with focus on our FRENCH market, who will define our go-to-market strategy for our FRENCH products (BONIAL.fr).
As our Product Lead, you serve as a key member of our local French team and will support them to drive revenue growth. You will be the main connection between our existing and potential customers and our product team, as you will represent our product team in sales clients meeting. You will be the go-to person for both our sales and product teams in terms of product development and market trends, clients’ needs and the future of Retail marketing.
Further tasks:
- Structure and quality-check communication from Markets to HQ, to derive clear learnings/requirements from market execution
- Participate in internal sales meetings, go to client meetings, conduct market research and maintain a competitor watch ;
- Derive main market requirements from clients, the sales team and competitors to feed into our Product Development Roadmap (together with our Product Leads in Berlin)
- Support prioritization of market requirements and build supporting business cases to assist our C-level in making main investment decisions
- Support all Product Development Projects as “Stakeholder representative” of the French market
- Support packaging and communication of all new products/developments to ensure successful “go to market” activities by the French teams
- Help the sales team build sales collaterals showcasing our latest Product innovations, and make sure each innovation has everything it needs to succeed locally
