ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for a Sales Assistant for our corner in Les Galeries Lafayette in Paris to start ideally in July for 6 months. During this internship, you will report directly to our Store Manager. You will be trained in order to become one of our brand ambassadors, being directly in contact with our clients and ensuring that they get the best experience. As a member of our amazing Galeries Lafayette team, you will provide support in achieving sales targets. By the end of your internship, you will have developed strong sales skills, and a solid understanding of the Maison, its products and its industry.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

SALES:
Support the team in advising clients (mostly international) to reach sales targets, working on all product categories including the Byproduct one.
Contribute to the maximization of the Byrpoduct collection on the first floor.
Contribute to the maximization of the store KPI’s.
Participate in changing the visual merchandising of the corner following clear guidelines.

CLIENT EXPERIENCE:
Deliver an exceptional client experience, aligned with the training you will receive.
Be a true brand ambassador and follow the client experience guidelines to ensure that our clients get the best experience, in order to build loyal relationships.
Assist on CRM activities to have a powerful client database and boost BYREDO client retention rate, learning how to work with all BYREDO clienteling tools.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN OUR NEXT TEAM MEMBER

You are passionate about our brand (and/or the industry) and want to share as much as you can with our clients.
Your communication and persuasion skills, along with a solid sense of rigor, will pave the road to success in this job.
You are client-oriented and goals-oriented.
You have a positive mindset, and you are able to adapt easily to any situation in addition to be a true team-player.
You have strong interpersonal skills, enabling you to build trustful relationships with your colleagues and with the clients.

WHAT WE EXPECT YOU TO BRING TO BYREDO

You are a Bachelor or Master student in a Business School or University, looking for an internship starting in July 2024, for 6 months.
You can provide an internship agreement from your school/university you will graduate from.
You ideally have a first experience in Sales (and even better if it was in the Luxury industry, and/or in an English-speaking environment!).
You are fluent in French and English, a third language is always a plus (especially Chinese Mandarin!).
