Job description

Your mission :

Deliver happiness to customers by delivering, securing and making grow customer’s agents. We’re growing fast and it’s an amazing opportunity to be at the center of the artificial intelligence revolution to disrupt a major industry.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage customer projet from kick-off to delivery

  • Track customer happiness and product use with key KPIs

  • Deliver WOW Experience with Sales and Tech teams

  • Maximise customer use of the platform

  • Work closely with Tech team to define new customer success features
