Descriptif du poste

You will be at the forefront of client relations and in being so, delivering information about our platform and activities, as well as blockchain technology and cryptoassets in general. Tasks and client relations range along a wide array of issues, amongst others:

  • Client onboarding
  • Monitoring Coinhouse activity and operations
  • Assistance to sales team
  • KYC/AML measures in liaison with the compliance team
  • Communication with nascent partners and events
  • Providing content for the Coinhouse FAQ

Within the support team, you hold a critical role, reflecting the image of the company in the eyes of clients, responsible for delivering successful assistance to Coinhouse clients and prospects. The intern will have the opportunity to demonstrate his creative mindset by delivering innovative propositions: we are looking for someone that is efficient, pragmatic and logic in his ability to solve internal and external issues.


Profil recherché

  • Strong communication skills and teamwork
  • Organized, strategic planner with attention to detail
  • Recent graduate, final year or gap year studies in communication, entrepreneurship, business or any relevant field
  • Killer cryptoassets market and blockchain knowledge
  • Ability to explain cryptoassets; introduce blockchain solutions, as well as providing support to clients
  • Previous experience in cryptoassets and blockchain is a plus, but not required
