- Works collaboratively with headquarter team to launch activity and show room in New York
- Develops local marketing strategies, partnership and events to grow the business and generate sales
- Manages catalog performance, understand what sells and what doesn’t to maximize sales
- Ensures to deliver the highest levels of client service and to replicate our luxurious online customer
experience
- Manages and drives the local team
- Hires and animates local team (mainly sales)
- Measures and analyses performance through a set of KPIs
- A self-started, detail-oriented and customer-focused profile
- 5-10 years work experience in ecommerce or luxury industry
- Strong knowledge and or interest of luxury brands
- Ability to work remotely and independently
- Fluent in French is a plus
