About the job

Our Product Team for Creative Studio is seeking an Associate PM based in Lille.

  • Team mission: Enable marketers to create individualised messages at scale through a library of versatile, modular templates.
  • This role reports to: Senior Product Manager - Creative Studio
  • You'll be part of a globally distributed team spread across various digital hubs in Lille, Paris, Amsterdam
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication is a must for this position.

Some of the projects you may be working on:

  • Atomic content personalisation
  • How to incorporate Weather, Stock levels, Location, Offers & AI decisioning to assemble contextually relevant communications
  • Website / Application tagging / SDK implementation
  • Metadata: imagery, stocks, product catalogs
  • User research
  • Requirements gathering, specs definition, acceptance criteria
  • Roadmap delivery tracking
  • Product marketing and go to market

YOUR FUTURE IMPACTProduct Development:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, plan, and execute the product roadmap for marketing technologies.Work closely with senior product managers to gather and analyze market research, user feedback, and industry trends to inform product decisions.Contribute to the creation of detailed product specifications and documentation.Project Management:Coordinate and manage projects within the product development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.Work closely with software engineering, data, and marketing teams to prioritize tasks and optimize workflows.Stakeholder Communication:Facilitate communication between international teams, ensuring alignment on project goals and milestones.Regularly update stakeholders on project progress and solicit feedback to iterate and improve products.Market Analysis:Conduct market research to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.Stay abreast of industry trends: digital sports/ retail marketing, and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights.Demonstrating systematic data-driven decision making to prioritise our roadmap based on business value.Customer Focus:Collaborate with our product activation teams to gather user feedback and integrate it into the product development process.Champion the customer perspective to ensure the development of user-friendly and effective marketing technology solutions.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (1-2 years) in product management or a related role, preferably in marketing technologies or e-commerce.
  • Exceptional project management and organisational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (French proficiency is a plus).
  • Ability to thrive in a distributed and international team environment.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
