Our Customer Growth Product Team is looking for their new Senior PM - Personalized CRM - Member Lifecycle!

Join our dynamic team at Decathlon within the Customer Growth department where innovation and customer satisfaction are our main drivers. As we expand our operations globally, we are seeking a talented Senior PM to leverage his/her expertise in cross-channel marketing and automation to design and execute targeted journeys that enhance the customer experience and drive sales across multiple countries.

The customer Lifecycle squad is managing always-on CRM campaigns to further improve the customer lifetime value (CLV / CLTV) and engagement on the entire customer journey, starting on the onboarding phase, continuing on the nurturing phase for active customer, and then taking care on the decelerating and reactivation phase. The purpose of this team is to activate all possible always-on triggers on the right channels, to optimize our customer matrix migration and so develop the value of each customer.

Your main mission will be to create & ship the best customer experiences across digital marketing channels and deliver against business goals.

Understanding the market and identify key opportunities

- Collaborate with Analytics and Market Research to uncover critical customer insights and unmet needs.

- Conduct benchmark and competition analysis to understand potential gaps versus best-in-class- Lead opportunity identification and sizing with Analytics, prioritizing impactful initiatives.

Strategy and roadmap

- Deliver high-level prioritized product/experience roadmap to reach the goals

- Lead Discovery/Strategy sessions to align on product direction and objectives.

Experience design

- Formulate value proposition and messaging strategy based on hypothesis of key customer problem / pain points to address- Deliver full functional requirements

- Work with UX / UI / Design team to deliver great customer experience

Development

- Collaborate with products teams to build / deliver the experience

Experimentation / testing

- Collaborate with Analytics to design, set up, run and measure performance of experimentations

Scaling

- Work with campaign specialists and/or CSM and/or product to deploy successful tests on full audience / relevant segments- Plan and execute international scaling (ie testing & roll-out) based on business potential and feasibility

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Solid 10 years experience in CRM management, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry
  • Proven experience in digital product management.
  • Proven experience in driving incremental sales with the associated measurement framework.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Experience with cross-channel marketing automation tools and platforms.
  • Knowledge in Salesforce Marketing Cloud is appreciated.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration, as well as stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication is a must for this position.
