The Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for increasing Mindsay’s market share in France and in Europe by selling services into new business large-sized Enterprises within assigned territory. In effect, he/she is the front of the company and has the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy per client/prospect. The goal is to drive sustainable and profitable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients, meaning we will expect you to : 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

o Proactively prospecting for new decision-making executive contacts at key prospect targets and diversifying prospect relationships with contacts at multiple levels
o Handle the whole selling process
o Planning account strategy
o Suggest solutions and innovative ideas to meet client needs
o Developing/Managing client relationships at C-Level
o Increase monthly revenue by closing new business opportunities, acquiring new clients, and identifying new revenue streams within acquired clients
o Maintain accurate records within the company’s sales databases
o Understand Mindsay competitors and ecosystem, challenge the other team on our features and roadmap
o Be an expert in Mindsay’s products, solutions, policies and procedures
o Perform side projects as requested


Profil recherché

Here is what we expect to find in your track record:

  • Higher education degree
  • Track record of successful result in other companies
  • 5+ years of business development/sales experience in B2B, ent/sales experience with a successful track record in solution selling (software or services) to medium and large-sized enterprises (Good knowledge of Travel / Retail Industry is a plus)
  • Must be a committed self-starter who has the drive to succeed in a high-energy team environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • A team player, with excellent interpersonal skills, enthusiastic and positive personality, with a can-do attitude
  • Impeccable oral and written communication skills in English and French (additional languages is a plus)
  • Comfortable with working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
