As Coach Digital, you’ll be our eyes and ears in the field to help us

• understand key clients needs and to collect informations on their operations
• assess and select the best solutions of the SaaS ecosystem.
  The data you’ll collect will enable us to identify the perfect match between SMBs needs and our portfolio of SaaS companies and to generate qualified leads for our partners.

The Coach Digital will meet key decision makers (CEOs, COOs, CFOs, …) in SMBs and in SaaS companies. He / She will :

• Run comprehensive diagnosis in Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, Communication processes, etc. in target companies to assess their level of digitalization.
• Collect & structure all the relevant data in our platform to help perform benchmarks and added-value analysis
• Advise decision makers on which solutions to implement and how to measure the impact of these solutions on their business
• Run an active scout of the market to continuously enlarge / update our SaaS portfolio
• Perform audits of the SaaS solutions (product features, technological robustness, support reactivity, client satisfaction …) to select best candidates
• Support discussions on the business partnerships to be built with Chilli

The ideal candidate is

• a talented professional, ideally 3-4 years of experience, with an entrepreneurial mindset, who wants to dive in the startup world
• with strong academic skills
• focused on getting things done
• able to learn fast and solve problems
• able to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders through solid oral, written, and presentation skills.

Experience in audit / consultancy and enthusiasm about the potential of software for creating better, faster work flows a plus.
