We are looking for an experienced and motivated German-speaking consultant to join our partner agency team in Mexico. You will be managing travelers requests via the Evaneos platform and you will be the main contact for travelers in the German market. With its network of + 1000 partner local travel agencies in more than 160 destinations, Evaneos takes part in the recruitment of sales agent for its partner agencies.
Reporting to Carlos and Laura’s team, you will be responsible for the German market. Your main missions will be:
🕵️ Advising customers to offer them a tailor-made trip that meets their expectations
Getting in touch with the travelers through the Evaneos platform
Understand travelers’ expectations and specific needs
Provide travelers guidance regarding destinations, cultures, traditions and activities
Adapt our sales tools to the German market (documents, itineraries, etc.)
🧳 Managing all the practical aspects of the trip
Match travelers’ requirements with transportation, accommodation, insurance, tours and activities according to their budget
Handle booking management for hotels and experiences
Bill the travelers
🌟 Ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the trip and after the trip
Be the local point of contact for travelers throughout their trip
Perform quality monitoring during the trip
Handle travel issues, conflicts, complaints, cancellations and refunds
Complete the minimum monthly sales target and the target of the average cost per group sold
🗓️ Duration & contract type: Long term contract for a minimum of 2 years. An initial probationary period will be granted for 3 months prior to the signing of the long-term contract.
📍 Precise location: México. It is home-based work, but it must be located in Mexico.
📅 Availability: Immediate
💰 Salary: 16,000 pesos monthly (gross salary) According to the minimum sales target. It can increase according to the agent’s sales performance
🕰️ Working time per day and week: Full time job. 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week.
Other advantages:
5% to 10% commission according to the type of travel sold.
The agent will be able to attend trips organized by the agency, whether they are day trips or tours sold by the agent, as a translator

✅ Core skills
You are native in german and proficient in Spanish (English is a plus)
You have 2+ years of experience in tourism and previous sales experience
You know well Mexico, its culture, traditions and points of interest
You are motivated, and you have a sales profile with a taste for delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction
You have strong organizational and adaptability skills
