At first, many of us would think that the trucking industry is not appealing. After all, trucks looks all the same. However, Tesla’s show-off announcement for its “Semi”, Uber following in our footsteps with UberFreight or Convoy’s new equity round of $185M are no coincidence: trucking has and will always spark people’s interest. There is a gigantic opportunity. New actors are trying to get their cut in the ~€300bn European market for freight transportation and thus race to modernize that industry full of friction, inefficient methods and tools. Companies like Everoad are changing the way people do transportation.
But while the revolution may be underway, many great challenges remain ahead. Since June, we grew up from 50 to 100+ employees and opened a new office in Poland : our efforts and actions become more essential than ever.

One of our asset is that we are able to give instantly a price to clients thanks to our algorithm. The consistency of our pricing is key as it commit our reliability towards shippers and carriers. Therefore we are looking for someone willing to make sure our prices are the best whatever happens. You will join the Data & Performance Team, driving Growth, Operational Excellence, Automation and many other strategic challenges. Data being at the center of all our decisions at Everoad, you will have many responsibilities and the chance to have a real impact. Staffed by the COO and the Head of Growth & Data, your missions will include:
Conduct pricing modifications based on analysis.
Maintain and evolve our pricing modifications tools (python scripts).
Develop dashboards and tools that will provide consistent insights, visualization and tracking into performance, KPIs or historical performance.
Implement and analyze the results of your reports and tools to reach actionable insights.
Present your findings to the top management to drive business decisions on a regular basis.

Ideal applicants must therefore have an appetite for identifying, understanding and tackling challenges. We’re not looking for proven data scientists nor specific profiles but simply for curious and motivated people with a strong wish to learn, adapt and become better.
