Le poste

Descriptif du poste

Everoad’s Digital Marketing Intern will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and work in close collaboration with the Head of Sales (and the Sales team) as well as the data team.

Lead Generation

  • Manage all digital paid acquisition channels (Google, display, etc to maximize RoI)
  • Create, test, and implement innovative initiatives to collect high-quality leads (e.g. promo codes, premium content, partnerships etc…)

Nurturing Campaigns

  • Generate new campaign ideas & develop all campaign scenarios for nurturing
  • Track campaign performance and identify improvement levers at each step of the conversion funnel
  • Optimize campaign scenarios accordingly through a test and learn approach

Marketing Automation

  • CRM Integrations - build marketing products fully integrated into our Salesforce
  • Develop automated and robust funnels to industrialize lead generation, qualification and retention
  • Industrialize, automate and document all nurturing campaigns

Digital marketing

  • Create and execute social media strategies that drive customer acquisition and brand awareness (Linkedin + Twitter + Facebook)
  • Website content management with a SEO approach to improve rankings in target countries
  • Contribute to Account Based Marketing initiatives

Profil recherché

We are looking for a candidate with a demonstrated track record of impact and getting things done.
Previous experience in situations requiring the ability to operate with CRM tools, design processes, prioritize and execute fast, and rally teams around a project will be particularly appreciated.

We also expect candidates to demonstrate the following skills:

  • Team spirit and strong interpersonal skills
  • Proven data and analytical skills
  • Ability to develop innovative ideas
  • Prioritization skills
  • Ability to work across teams
  • Willingness to dig deep in data
  • Ability to work with CRM tools, in particular, Salesforce + Pardot expertise or knowledge
  • Appetite for a challenge in a fast-moving start-up
  • Fluent English
  • A good sense of humor (at least you think so !)

Déroulement des entretiens

Fast and efficient process: validation of the application through a call, then 3 interviews with Everoad’s team & short practical exercise and we start ASAP.
