JOB DESCRIPTION

Bene Bono is growing fast and we need IT support to manage internal users and to be super reactive with all IT related tasks.

Your missions would be the following:

• Assist the warehouse team by deploying and maintaining our tools in Orly warehouse
• Support for our internal tools and process: you will assist the Ops & Purchasing teams using Tech tools in their weekly process by answering the teams request for help and reporting any bugs or improvement ideas to the product team
• Computer assistance : assist any Benies (employees of Bene Bono) with his computer, prepare computers for new Benies, reset computers of leaving Benies

REQUIRED PROFILE

• You have a first experience in Windows 10 & OSX
• Good level in French and English is mandatory for the job (Spanish is a plus)
• You have a good knowledge of ethernet networks and SQL basics
• You are known for you empathy, consciousness and confidentiality in every complicated situation

USEFUL INFORMATION

Warehouse location: Orly

Office hours in the warehouse: 

Monday - 9am-7pm

Tuesday to Thursday 6am-3pm

Friday - 6am-12am

The IT Support would need to be physically onsite at the warehouse three days a week at the warehouse. 

Occasional visits to our producers and suppliers.
