In order to accelerate this growth, our marketing department is looking for a Marketing Assistant who will assist our Marketing Manager in the day-to-day marketing tasks.

Your challenge

Within the Marketing team, you will be responsible for creating and translating content and spreading this through the relevant channels. e-mail marketing and other relevant digital channels such as social media, with a focus on LinkedIn. You will report to the Marketing Manager and work in close collaboration with the sales department.

You’ll be responsible for :

• Setting up email campaigns, landing pages, blogs in Hubspot (training provided)
• Follow-up of digital marketing campaigns on social media
• Content writing, translations & SEO optimization
• Assist with the production of marketing materials and literature, such as web content, brochures and press releases
• Marketing research
• Upload material to the website(s), social media pages, online libraries and marketing department databases

• Bachelor in Marketing, communications (or equivalent by experience)
• +2 years of experience in marketing or advertising
• A good knowledge in at least two of the following areas is a must: lead generation, Analytic tools, SEO & SEA, Social Media platforms (ads), Conversion rate optimization, Traffic Aqcuisition.
• Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Experience with Hubspot is a plus
• Work experience with a CMS is a plus (HTML)
• Good knowledge of both Dutch and English (French is a plus)
