We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Manager for our Paris campus to lead the successful execution of our 9 and 24-week bootcamps year-round. The role will require you to wear multiple hats and to work very closely with our students and global team members.

The Program Manager will be responsible for:

• Collecting and acting on course feedback to continuously improve student satisfaction
• All course-related operations & student experience management (scheduling, following student’s path from A to Z, managing relationship with different stakeholders ie. our co-working space, etc.)
• Hiring, training and managing instructors, Teacher Assistants, and Program Assistant
• Working with many different members of the global team to improve product and ensure transfer of best practices
• Organizing (non)-curriculum student-experience activities
• Animating Ironhack’s community
• Building partnerships within the tech ecosystem for student projects
• Being the main point of contact for our students and between different team members

• You’re passionate about education and technology … and you’re comfortable talking about it!
• You’re able to thrive in the startup environment and enjoy having tons of autonomy.
• You are incredibly organized, a critical thinker, and possess a can-do positive attitude, with an exceptional work ethic.
• You love dealing with people every day and will go above and beyond to delight our students.
• You have 2+ years worth of experience in operations, client-facing roles, or at startups.
• You take an analytical approach to solving any kind of problem.
• You’re a positive person. You smile often and are fun to work with :)
• Strong communication skills. You’re comfortable both drafting a memo and making a 20 minute presentation to an audience.
• You are fluent in both, French and English (written and spoken)
