🎯 What You Will Do

We are looking for talented people who are willing to build the most amazing rewards experience for consumers while growing their own skills and expertise.

As Finance Manager, you will be responsible for a polyvalent, multi-skilled and highly challenging scope of work. You will report directly to the CFO.

Your responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, as well as annual budget and quarterly re-forecasts;

  • In coordination with our external accountant, execute monthly accounting of the P&L and balance sheet, as well as the annual closing and the audit of our financial statements;

  • Manage the company’s tax declarations, and make sure they comply with all legal obligations with regard to VAT, CFE, payslip-related taxes, etc.

  • Contribute to the research of new fundings, both dilutive and non-dilutive (bank and BPI loans, CIR, innovation, international expansion, etc.); Eventually, prepare the due diligence;

  • Along with the Data team, build financial models, run scenario analysis, and provide data analytics to identify areas of risk and opportunity;

  • Make sure we have fully efficient cash management, by monitoring our revenue collection and spreading the word among the company: cash is king!

  • Along with other teams, be the go-to person when it comes to negotiating contracts with suppliers, and make sure we always have the best deals ever. In general, take any required action to optimize our cost structure.

  • Set up clean and safe financial controls and processes, to prevent the company from fraud and mistakes.


Profil recherché

  • Education: You graduated from a Tier 1 engineering or business school (or equivalent), with a specialization in finance and accounting.

  • Languages: You are fluent in French and English, both written and spoken, as we are expanding internationally.

  • Experience: You have a proven 4+ years of experience in corporate finance, transaction services, private equity, audit, or accounting. Ideally, you already worked in the Tech environment. A double degree in accounting (ex. DCG or DSCG) is a plus.

  • Analytical skills: You love solving complex problems and analyzing data. You are pragmatic and proactive in identifying problems and suggesting solutions.

  • Efficiency: You are fond of productivity tools and able to deliver on time on projects with many stakeholders.

  • Attention to details: You know that the devil is in the details, and you have a talent for spotting flaws when there are.

  • Communication: You have strong written and verbal communication skills, and you are able to explain something complex with simple words.

  • Mindset: You have an entrepreneurial mindset, you like challenges and you like getting hands-on.
