Descriptif du poste

As Jow’s head of brand, you will manage, measure and optimize our brand marketing and communication campaigns, our brand content, and our PR/community management strategy. You will play an integral role in setting the company’s brand awareness strategy, development and future growth. Your work will be highly visible and critical to our success. You will be able to (and are expected to!) make an immediate impact. You’ll be part of the initial core team of a rising startup with fresh VC backing.

What you’ll do

  • You will drive Jow’s brand aesthetic into our foodtech and e-commerce product imagery by providing creative leadership You will oversee all the brand content creation (Print, digital, Video, live content)
  • You will Create, and design innovative campaigns on Facebook, youtube, twitter, instagram and other platforms
  • You will define and manage our communication, PR and community management strategies
  • You will control and optimize all relevant digital marketing and communication KPIs, create dashboards to monitor performance and guide optimization decisions.
  • You report directly to the CEO and are part of the leadership team, actively impacting the development of the company

Profil recherché

Desirable Skills

This is a position for someone with strong branding, content and communication skills. It is also very important that you’re comfortable being part of the daily execution. You will be expected to not just oversee but also implement our brand strategy. A considerable part of the work will require hands-on involvement as your initial team will be relatively small in size. Being able to create content yourself (video, pictures, social posts…) from day one is mandatory.

  • You have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in a digital agency/brand in a similar role (Brand platform, Brand content, Strategic planning, PR)
  • You master all the steps of the creative process, and are able to design innovative strategic planning
  • You master all aspects of campaign management including planning/testing, creative development and ongoing optimization
  • You have a proven ability to drive the creative iteration in all elements of advertising that balance direct response with brand building
  • You have a consultative approach with the ability to clearly articulate ideas to gain stakeholder buy-in and develop impactful customer and market insights
  • You have a mature appreciation of the balance between creativity and commerciality Skills in photo/video shooting and editing (photoshop, illustrator, finalcut/premiere, after-effects) a huge plus.

Déroulement des entretiens

  • Call: to know about each other and check if the stars are aligned
  • Lunch with the team: we want you to be happy to see our teamates every morning, so one of the very first thing we check is the cultural fit. We have a “no brilliant jerk” rule. Being nice, cool and humble is as mandatory as being good at what you do ;-)
  • 2 to 3 more formal/classic interviews with the team
