Descriptif du poste

As Jow’s Head of Sales, Partnerships and business development, you will manage all Jow’s relationships and advertising operations with food, CPG and FMCG brands and media agencies. You will play an integral role in setting the company’s advertising and brand content development and future growth. Your work will be highly visible and critical to our success. You will be able to (and are expected to) make an immediate impact. You’ll be part of the initial core team of a rising startup with fresh VC backing.

What you’ll do

  • Increase Jow awareness and grow relationships at all levels among a broad range of advertiser stakeholders, working with media agencies or directly with brands.
  • Lead ad monetization business: Develop and deliver a clear strategy for revenue growth, design innovative campaign, imagine creative brand content campaigns and partnerships
  • Identify and contact new potential advertisers and partners, while working on existing contacts
  • Present and sell Jow advertising products including brand placements in recipes, trade marketing and product sales booster.
  • Develop partnerships with Voice assistant product team, Kitchen appliances brands, new medias, young chefs and more.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing, content and tech teams to create innovative ads solutions

Profil recherché

Desirable Skills

  • You have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar position (sales, account manager, brand content/ special operation specialist) in an agency, a brand, a media editor or a fast growing start-up company where scaling the business is of primary importance
  • You are relentless in the pursuit of growth, love winning new customers and have a strong appetite for selling
  • You have proven negotiation skills; ability to define, formalize and execute complex partnerships; you are willing and able to understand the underlying complexity implied by the developments you suggest.
  • You master all aspects of campaign management including pricing, planning/testing, creative development and ongoing optimization
  • You already have existing relationships with major Food/FMCG/CPG brands, media agencies, and retailers.
  • You have a passion for the food space and food content overall
  • You have exceptionally strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.

  • Call: to know about each other and check if the stars are aligned
  • Lunch with the team: we want you to be happy to see our teamates every morning, so one of the very first thing we check is the cultural fit. We have a “no brilliant jerk” rule. Being nice, cool and humble is as mandatory as being good at what you do ;-)
  • 2 to 3 more formal/classic interviews with the team
