As Business Developer, you will be responsible for generating new business and developing strong relationships with our existing clients/agencies for the Polish/CEE market. You will report to the Country Manager Poland.
Your responsibilities will include:
Manage new business development with direct advertisers and agencies using the proper prospection strategy;
Evaluate your clients’ needs and create sales proposals with the goal of creating a long-term relationship;
Negotiate and manage the sales process;
Work closely with the Accounting and the Technical teams to offer the most relevant product to our clients;
Build loyalty with your portfolio;
Perform well against targets in relation to the recruitment of new advertisers;
Sell to clients by phone, email and face-to-face;
Work closely with the Marketing and Studio teams to create newsletters, sales presentations, etc.
Complete all general administrative and organizational tasks required in the role
Attend events: webinars, trade shows, workshops, breakfast…
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in relevant field;
A minimum of one (1) year of experience in the field of digital marketing, digital partnerships or performance marketing industry, whether advertiser, publisher or network side;
Knowledge of the online advertising community in Poland would be a plus;
Experience with pitching to external stakeholders and a track record of success, taking a consultative approach to understand their goals and how they align with ours;
Excellent communication skills both written and spoken in Polish and English. Any other additional language would be an asset;
Excellent commercial sense and negotiation skills;
Self-taught, fast learner, curious, challenger;
