[WANTED] In order to support the company through its significant growth, we are looking for a talented & enthusiastic Country Manager to join our international Sales team and open our new offices in Germany.

As a key member of the Sales Team, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing, analyzing and defining a market entry strategy in Germany,
  • Define and execute a short and mid term action plan to properly set up LemonWay in Germany,
  • Implementing and coordinating sales strategy and objectives in Germany, in order to detect key accounts (hunting plans, prospecting list, payment services pitching, pipeline management, contracts negotiation, closing deals…);
  • Actively monitoring and developing customers portfolio, while building networks, maintaining strong relationships and integrating complex ecosystems;
  • Adopting a consultative sales approach with the aim of understanding customer’s complexity and presenting efficient fits and solutions;
  • Working closely with our marketing team based in France in order to identify best strategies for leads generation and brand awareness increase;
  • Conducting market researches with competitive analysis in order to adapt our product to local market and competition;
  • Participating in the optimization of Sales processes, operating models and ensuring sales reporting.

Based in Germany, you will travel to France once a month. First two months will be dedicated to your training in our french headquarters along our operational, sales and top management teams for you to gain a well-rounded understanding of the Lemon Way business and market.


Profil recherché

  • Based in Germany for several years, you are familiar with local culture
  • German native speaker, you are fluent in English (French is an asset)

Experience

  • You have at least 5+ years experience in payment, banking, e-commerce industries etc.
  • Significant previous B2B sales experience is required
  • A first experience in Sales Management will help
