Candidates should be familiar with research processes and redaction technics for survey guides. They should be confident in performing in a fast-paced, team-oriented, production environment with a focus on innovation, intuitive interface design, speed to market.

This role reports to the Lead UX Designer.

Responsibilities
1/Empower PMs with UR (user clubs, tooling, kick off…)
Kick-off studies with Product Managers and stakeholders to make sure everyone is aligned with the study goal and its outcome.
Decide on tools to use
2/ Represent customer (communicate results, get out and talk to users, analyse our surveys, spokesperson, etc)
Recruit users by phone or email
Get out there and talk to users!
Participate and animate meetings with designers and PMs
Analyse and synthesize findings into a research recap
3/ Discover unexpressed needs
Write testing protocols, surveys, interview guides, etc…
Perform continuous research to keep discovering new insights

Desired Skills & Experience
3 to 5 years working in agile and tech environment
At least a year doing user research or market studies
Background in social sciences is a plus
Comfortable with stats, data and online tools
Perfect French and English writing skills
Passion for people and understanding why they do what they do
