We are looking for a Project Manager to manage and drive the Digitalization Initiatives across the R&I Scent Science & Fragrance Design organization. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate information, data quality, data & tools usage.

Your key responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of the Scent Science & Fragrance Design Digital Roadmap and implement digital transformation guidelines
• Coordinate within the Fragrance Team and with cross functional teams to ensure accurate information and data usage
• Partner with all Teams to ensure that all targets and timelines are met and communicate on changes and updates on a regular basis with necessary cross-functional Teams
• Work on continuous improvement of augmented fragrance research tools with internal / external cross-functional partners

Your key success factors

• Bac+5/ Master’s degree
• Experience with data & fragrance field
• Have experience with Databases
• Be open-minded on Machine Learning / Artificial Intelligence for Fragrances
• Strong networking and communication skills and project management drive with positive collaborative spirit.
