We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to join our Beauty Tech organization in the Global Enterprise Architecture Office team. You will play a key role in designing and implementing architectural solutions aligned with our On-Line+Off-Line businesses.

• Understand company’s business strategy, operating vision, business stakes, and capabilities for our Customer & Consumer

• Work closely with the various O+O departments to understand their specific needs and integrate suitable, sustainable & scalable technological solutions.

• Keep abreast of the emerging trends and technologies in this domain, evaluate their business value, applicability and utility for the Group / specific business 

• Design enterprise architectures that support digital, physical, and virtual experiences for our customer & consumer in full compliance with our Enterprise Architecture Principles.

• Master L’Oreal O+O Application Portfolio and contribute to the Application lifecycle strategy

Secondly, in this specific position, it will be important for you to have:

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Proven experience in enterprise architecture in an O+O environment.

• Strong leadership skills and ability to communicate / advocate at all levels IT strategic orientations.

• Excellent understanding of digital technologies and their impact on online and offline customer experiences.

• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
