As our new Product Manager, your mission will be to drive the on going SaaS-ification of our platform to turn it into a full SaaS product. Having external users working on our platform is a key step in Mindsay’s strategy and we will thus expect you to:

• Increase the possibilities of opening the platform to external users
• Make the platform an efficient and delightful tool for all bot-related operations
• Allow our external users to have a substantial share of the bot creation and maintenance processes

Just to give you a glimpse of what your day-to-day will be like:

• Discuss with operation and sales teams to understand our end-users
• Meet external users to get direct feedbacks about their use of the platform
• Prioritize the next features the team will work on
• Detect the flaws or potential improvements in the platform and measure their impacts on our external users
• Work on the roadmap with the entire Product team, the Tech team and the Deploy team.
• Demonstrate new features to the sales and operation teams

Here are the decorations we expect you to have received:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience as a Product Manager ideally with agile methodologies
• Proven ability to work with different profiles
• An experience in a SaaS software company is a plus
