The Role / Your impact:

Mirakl seeks a Product Content & Operations to lead our Paris-based technical writing content team. This pivotal role is not just about managing people; it's about leading a content revolution.

You will architect our content strategy, harmonizing People, Process, and Technology to craft narratives that resonate with our audience and drive Mirakl's growth.

Your expertise in content management, combined with your knack for operational efficiency and team leadership, will be the catalysts for implementing cutting-edge content solutions that align with our ambitious business objectives.

Your key responsibilities:

• People:

  • Lead a team of creative and collaborative technical writers passionate about content creation and technology.

  • Mentor team members as they partner with product teams to develop engaging content across various channels, influencing product adoption and fueling company growth.

  • Encourage team members to use their expertise in creative technical writing to transform how Mirakl communicates with its users and supports its product ecosystem.

• Process:

  • Oversee the team's content creation process, ensuring it aligns with Mirakl's business goals and enhances user experiences.

  • Guide the team in crafting compelling narratives and optimizing content strategy, leveraging modern methodologies and creative approaches.

  • Manage multiple content projects, ensuring they contribute to Mirakl's product ecosystem and overall business strategy.

  • Empower the team to leverage modern technology, including GenAI tools, to enhance content quality and efficiency.

  • Stay abreast of the latest content technology trends to ensure the team uses the best tools and practices.

  • Ensure the team's work meets high standards of innovation and technical excellence, significantly impacting Mirakl's future.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in content management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

• Proven track record of managing content teams and operations successfully.

• Strong understanding of content management systems, GenAI, and digital content trends.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

• Experience in technical writing or managing technical content is highly desirable.
