Partoo est une start up BtoB qui a pour mission d’aider les établissements à attirer et fidéliser des clients grâce au digital.

Partoo a une croissance annuelle de son chiffre d’affaires comprise entre 80% et 100%, pour une équipe actuellement composée de 70 personnes.

Sur 2019-2020, leurs priorités sont variées: développer de nouveaux produits et devenir incontournable pour tout commerçant qui veut gérer sa visibilité en ligne, structurer leurs équipes et étendre leur présence à l’international avec l’ouverture de 4 pays.

Ils ont actuellement trois principaux produits.
Le premier, le Presence Management, permet à leurs clients de mettre à jour, sur leur interface Partoo, les informations de leurs établissements (adresses, horaires, numéros de téléphones, photographies, etc) afin que celles-ci se synchronisent automatiquement sur des dizaines de sites essentiels pour leur activité : Google, Facebook, Waze, Foursquare…

Le second, le Review Management, permet aux responsables magasins de monitorer les avis locaux reçus sur leur établissement, d’y répondre depuis leur compte Partoo et de générer davantage d’avis positifs en donnant plus facilement la voix à leurs clients grâce à leur technologie.

Le troisième, le Review Booster, permet de générer beaucoup plus d’avis Google en les sollicitant très rapidement auprès de clients satisfaits.

##Responsibilities

At Partoo, we have two kinds of clients: Entreprises (companies with more than 10 locations) and SMBs.
On the SMB market, we are mainly working with resellers (large companies with an important salesforce that are going to sell Partoo to thousands of SMBs).

Partoo is looking for an experienced sales (more than 8 years) to identify and prospect large resellers, as well as organise meetings around the world in order to close large deals (100K€ - 1,5M€ per year) 💪.

##Missions :

• Identify new potential clients / resellers

  • Organise meetings & presentations
  • Travel arount the world to meet prospects with high potential
  • Manage complex and long sales cycles with several interlocutors
  • Signing important deals (100K€ - 1,5M€ per year) and transmit the project to our Customer Success team

###Your manager : Vincent
Vincent joined the team two years after Partoo was created (at that time we were less than 10 people). A year after, he took the head of the Acquisition department and started to recruit a team. He wants Partoo to be a place where people actually learn the best practices of complex sales process.
To do so, he is looking for people that can bring skills and knowledge to the team and can be better than him on some aspects of complex sales. He ensures a continuous training to every team member to keep on improving the sale process. Very loyal and dynamic, Vincent always puts his team first !

You will be part of our “Growth Team”.

Xavier : One of the first person to join Partoo, he is the bravest member in the team. In 2016, he decided to open the Spanish Market, when Partoo had less than 8 people. Two year later, Spain represents around 20% of Partoo’s revenues.

Marina : Marina is our International team member. She used to work in a lot of various countries. She now works in Spain with Xavier. Super dynamic, she is also a fantastic dancer.

Mirko : He is our most experienced Sales. His job is to develop the Italian market from Barcelona. He already opened the Italian market for Viadeo, as well as Monster.

Oswald : After several year of experiences, he decided to join Partoo recently to bring us his closing science. What he wants is to over perfom !

Alexandre : First sale in the new team. He started his career at Tiller to sell tablets to restaurants’ owners. He his the reference in terms of cold calling and he can give you great tips on that topic. He love electronic music. He is also not that bad at soccer… In fact he is very good.

Déborah : She is the youngest in the team and her position implies to give fresh leads continuously to the sales team. She never gives up and knows how to pitch Partoo so that prospects can’t wait to meet us.

Anthony : Only 25 years old, he is the entrepreneur of the team. He loves to find new tools to be more efficient. Working in a start up is like being at home for him, thanks to the previous company he created. Linkedin

Leonard :
After being « Head of Sales » at Hey Captain, Leonard decided to join Partoo to develop his skills on more complex sales cycles.

Adrien : He is the best player in soccer that Partoo has, but he is firstly a great Sales Development Representative.

Alexandre : After a few months spent in Paris, Alexandre decided to go in Barcelona to take as many meetings as he can for Xavier & Marina.

Paride : As a proud father, Paride decided to leave a great carrer at HP to join Mirko to develop the Italian Market. It appears that he signed a new client in less than 3 weeks…. A new record !
